We want the idea of cooking once a month to be social and fun, but we also know that lives are full of events and so to help you out, we'll pre-prepare your meals for pick-up. Just choose a day for pick-up and arrive at the Dinner Company to pick up your meals…Don't forget your laundry basket to transport your 12 meals! [

How do I pay?
Easy. You have a few options for you. You can log onto our website choose your meals and pay online through our
Secure Online Payment Gateway, or through
PayPal. Or, you can stop by our location fill out your meal card there and make payment at the Dinner Company by check, money order or credit card (through

I see there is a 12 meal option and a 2-3meal option. I am single is there an option for me?
Actually the 2-3 meal option would be great for you, leftovers and lunch. However, why not bring a friend and split? That's right for a small fee you can split your meals with a friend! [

Can I change my selection once I get to The Dinner Company?
Unfortunately, all meals are pre-bought for the session so you can not change your meals. However, you can alter your options up to 72 hours before your session. [

Can I come and observe?
Of Course! We love guests! Come and watch people move through their stations and enjoy some refreshments and try a few meals! Ask one of our knowledgeable staff members any questions you may have. [

Can I bring my husband or wife to the session even though we signed up for just one set of meals?
Yes. Please just let us know prior who will be attending so we can keep a space open for the both of you to move comfortably through the stations. What a great date night! [

What should I bring to a session?
Don't forget your laundry basket or cooler. You'll be leaving with 12 full meals so they will be heavy. Don't worry we can assist you getting it to the car! [

Can I split some meals but not all?
I'd like to have some dinners prepared for those dinner parties? Not a problem at all. Just let us know what ones to split and what ones are full and we will set that up for you. [

What should I wear?
At The Dinner Company we want you to be as comfortable as possible. Since this is your kitchen away from home we want you to feel like your at home. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes since you'll be standing for a few hours. Wear clothes that you don't mind messing up a little bit, remember we're cooking! We do have aprons that are provided. [

Can I bring children?
We would like this time to be efficient and safe. We want this time to be for your self. Since there is food and equipment, we ask that children not be around to provide a safe environment. [

How can I get extra copies of my cooking instructions?
If you lost one of your labels on your meals or forgot to put it on…just log onto our website where you can log in and print out your chosen recipes and instructions. (Feature not yet available from website, however we can
email the instructions to you.) [

How long should my meal thaw?
We recommend 24 hours for most, but some will need at least 48. We suggest taking out a few meals a week to start thawing so they are waiting on you, not you waiting on them. [

Can I re-freeze a meal once thawed?
No. This can cause freezer burn and contamination of meat. However, if you have thawed something out and can't use it we suggest cooking it and saving it as left overs. [

What if I need to cancel?
We understand things come up and we will be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel no less than 72 hours before a session. However, for safety purposes if you are sick please let us know if it is within the 72 hours so we can pre-prep the food for you for pick-up. [

Do you offer side dishes?
We do offer side dishes. They will be offered at the end of the session for you to purchase or as a reward for signing up for your next class. These are optional though, you can make your own side dishes from our suggested options on your cooking instructions label. [

I am a vegetarian what can I do about the meals with meat?
You have complete control so you can omit what ever you want. We would ask that you involve us in these decisions since cooking instructions may change or we can offer you another alternative. [

At this time we do not offer organic, however in the future we hope to do so as bulk organic products become available. [

Do you offer meals for Diet Conscious people?
All our meals follow the USDA Recommended Food Pyramid. In the future, we will have specific classes geared towards low-carb, low-fat and diabetic needs, etc. [
